MFD is a personal training studio designed for the personal fitness and improvement of individual clients seeking personalized physical fitness training, care, and results. MFD is not a traditional gym and does not operate with the concept of mass training.


The training programs, fitness guidance, nutritional recommendations, and specific goals of each client are created individually for the individual client's goals.

Bootcamp + Fitness Classes

Bootcamp and fitness classes are designed for EVERY fitness level, made to challenge and push yourself in a fun and energetic way! Join the group and become that spark of motivation for someone else. Become that spark of motivation for YOURSELF!

These one-on-one classes are designed for those individuals and couples new to fitness training- or for the individual who lacks the confidence in unlocking their true fitness potential. The training focuses on self-confidence, motivation, accountability and a “purpose” for bringing out the best YOU. Through methodical trainings to coaching, we will achieve the goals you never knew you could reach.

McGruder's Fitness by Design was established as a successful personal training business with over 150 clients of all ages, fitness levels and goals. With a philosophy of “Train With Purpose," MFD motivates and encourages clients to excel up to, and beyond, their fitness and mental goals.


MFD provides fitness assessments and designs individual fitness programs based on individual client goals and needs. Training consists of functional aspects of body movement, athletic agility and performance, strength, cardio training and rehabilitation. MFD offers fun, exciting and challenging workouts that are never the same and always evolving through education, hard work and a dedication.
